The Disneyland equivalent (“happiest place on earth”) for adults = Trader Joe’s, right? You guys, I legitimately dream about the food at TJ’s, especially when the seasons change and they come out with all of their yummy seasonal items. I was maybe one of the first people at Trader Joe’s when Fall rolled around and I’m not embarrassed to admit it. I wanted to make sure I stocked up on all of my fall favorites before they were gone. Since I’m such a frequent TJ’s shopper, I also thought it might be helpful to share some of my favorite fall Trader Joe’s food items with you guys! So, make sure you take this list with you the next time you visit your local TJ’s, okay?

1.) Pumpkin Bread & Muffin Mix –

I’ve made this mix twice as pumpkin bread and OMG is it delicious. It’s super moist and takes less than 3 minutes to mix up and stick in the oven. All you need is the mix, eggs, oil, and water. It makes for the perfect fall sweet treat and, as an added bonus, it makes your house smell amazing while it’s cooking.

2.) Apple Cider Donuts –

These donuts are everything. They’re one of my very favorite fall items available at Trader Joe’s and they’re the perfect accompaniment to your morning coffee. They also work well to bring along as a snack on a trip to your local pumpkin patch or fall festival.

3.) Pumpkin Rolls with Pumpkin Spice Icing –

Words cannot describe my love for these pumpkin rolls. (Are you starting to see a pattern here? Yes, I love EVERYTHING). But, for real, I was so excited to eat these rolls that I totally forgot to take a picture of the packaging before eating them. Instead, here is a mouthwatering photo of what they look like when they come out of the oven, in all their flaky, sticky, sweet, delicious glory. P.S. the pumpkin spice icing that’s included is maybe the best part about them!

4.) Apple Caramel Greek Yogurt –

When I say that this greek yogurt tastes exactly like caramel apples, I mean it tastes EXACTLY like caramel apples. It’s quite yummy. My only complaint is that it was made with whole milk, although, not sure why I’m complaining about this considering the first three food items I listed were chock full of sugar…

5.) Pumpkin Pancake and Waffle Mix –

This mix makes me wish I had a waffle maker. Since I don’t, the hubs and I eat these as pancakes, but they make for the perfect Saturday morning brunch. Light your pumpkin spice candles, brew up a cup of your fave pumpkin spice latte and get these pumpkin flavored pancakes (or waffles) a cookin’!

6.) Fall Leaf Corn Tortilla Chips –

Okay, I cannot handle the cuteness of these leaf-shaped tortilla chips!! They’re so perfect for fall get-togethers and, surprisingly, taste really yummy, too! I thought that they would taste like any other standard tortilla chip, but, (in typical Trader Joe fashion) they stepped it up a notch and made them even better!

7.) Fall Harvest Salsa –

You can’t eat the above Fall Leaf Corn Tortilla Chips without this Fall Harvest Salsa! This salsa is also a TJ’s fall favorite of mine. It’s soooo good, you guys. With chunks of butternut squash, pumpkin, apple, and a tiny hint of sweetness, this is exactly what a fall salsa should taste like.

8.) Fall Zucchette Butternut Squash Pasta

Again, with the cuteness overload… This pumpkin-shaped butternut squash pasta is giving me alllll the fall feels. It makes for the perfect quick, at-home meal on a cozy fall evening.

9.) Autumnal Harvest Creamy Pasta Sauce –

Of course, the only way to eat the above pumpkin-shaped pasta is with this fall-inspired Autumnal Harvest Creamy Pasta Sauce. Made with butternut squash and pumpkin it’s so good and packed with lots of flavor! It’s a Trader Joe’s fall staple, no doubt about it!

10.) Autumnal Harvest Alfredo Sauce –

My other favorite fall Trader Joe’s sauce is this creamy alfredo sauce. It’s basically the fall white sauce alternative to the above fall red sauce. I think it just comes down to personal preference here and whether or not you prefer your pasta with red or white sauce. If telling you my favorite of the two will help your decision at all, then I’ll spill the tea on the fact that I favor the alfredo sauce. It’s so good.

11.) Butternut Squash Mac & Cheese –

Due to the fact that macaroni and cheese has been my favorite food since preschool, it’s no surprise that this fall food item tops my list of favorites. To say I am obsessed with this frozen meal would be an understatement. I’ve currently got 5 boxes of it in my freezer and will probably buy more before the season ends. If I’m being honest, I don’t even want to attempt to describe the yumminess of these, because I definitely won’t do it justice. You just have to try them out for yourself. I will say, though, that they have a kick of spicy-ness to them that I CAN’T get enough of.

12.) Harvest Spaghetti Squash Spirals –

This frozen meal is perfect for a super quick and easy lunch or dinner option. These spaghetti squash noodles are packed full of all the yummy fall flavors you’d want and drenched in a delicious seasonal tomato sauce. Yum.

13.) Autumnal Harvest Soup –

Again, this soup makes for a super easy dinner option and it’s just as yummy as it is simple to prepare. I literally just pour this baby straight into my crockpot, warm it up, and serve! To me, there’s nothing better than a warm soup on a cold fall evening.

Not a fall seasonal item, but I included it because you CAN’T eat the Autumnal Harvest Soup without this loaf of bread. It’s so crunchy and delicious and pairs perfectly with soup. Slice off a piece, stick it in the toaster, spread some butter on it and you’ve got yourself a little slice of carbohydrate heaven.

14.) Brussels Sprouts & Caramelized Onion Ravioli –

I’m actually not sure if this is a seasonal item or if it’s available in TJ’s all year round, but I discovered it on my most recent Trader Joe’s shopping trip and had to include it. I 100% won’t be able to do it justice by trying to describe how good it is, but I’ll take a whack at it. If you like cheese, this ravioli is stuffed with a blend of ricotta, mozzarella, fontina and parmesan cheese that is to die for. It’s SO flavorful that you can eat it with or without a sauce. Personally, I like to toss mine in olive oil and then top it with red pepper flakes and more parmesan cheese. It’s delish.

15.) Maple & Sea Salt Kettle Corn –

If you like kettle corn, then you will LOVE this maple and sea salt flavored bag of kettle corn. Trader Joe’s has totally mastered the perfect combination of salty and sweet with this one, guys!

16.) Pumpkin Spiced Pumpkin Seeds –

Another top find on this list for me is a bag of these sugar-coated pumpkin seeds. I am totally obsessed with candied nuts of any kind, but nothing is more fall appropriate than the sugar-y goodness of these particular Pumpkin Spiced Pumpkin Seeds.

BONUS: Vanilla Pumpkin Scented Soy Candle & Honeycrisp Apple Scented Soy Candle –

Obviously, these soy candles aren’t food, but I wanted to include them anyway because they smell absolutely amazing and are super affordable (only $3.99)! I mean, c’mon, who doesn’t want their home to smell like vanilla pumpkins and honeycrisp apples in the fall?! Everyone does.

And that’s it, guys! Those are my must-buy fall food items from Trader Joe’s. Make sure to check/try them out for yourself before the season ends!

xoxo,

Kenzie
